The firm was founded by Mr. Mohd Nazri Bin Yahya and established under the name of Nazri Yahya & Co., affectionately known as NYCO, in June 2012.

Primarily heralded as a leading authority in real estate law, NYCO stands as a beacon of excellence in the Malaysian legal arena. With a deep-seated expertise in real estate matters, we have consistently provided our clients with insightful, in-depth, and pragmatic counsel. Beyond our real estate forte, we are also reputed for delivering comprehensive solutions across various
